Carbon Foot Print

A definition of carbon foot print is the total amount of greenhouse gases produced to directly and indirectly support human activities, usually expressed in equivalent tons of carbon dioxide (CO2). My earth equivalent is 8.23 and it is too high from the links http://www.myfootprint.org/ and http://footprint.wwf.org.uk/ . My friends equivalents are too high also 7.59, 7.56 and 6.77.
I think that using my car every day even small distance contributes to atmospheric pollution. And also another reason that is when I am sleeping I don’t turn the out side light off. Furthermore, I am one of the people how doesn’t recycles.
My recommendations of how to reduce carbon footprints is to recycle things like mobile phone, TVs and cars. They can renew these things and used it again or to make another things. Other recommendations are that to use another sources of energy like wind and sun.
