A COOL CITY

Some of the problems associated with economic development when the industrial revolution is started which are increasing in energy consumption, increasing the amount of Carbon Dioxide and traffics. So, if we do not solve these problems properly we need another earth. We need to decrease 0.5 of carbon dioxide to live within the capacity of a single earth. In Japan during the last 30 years GDP (Gross Domestic Product) has gone up 100 percent while energy efficiency has increased 37 percent and oil consumption has decreased 80 percent. 90 percent of carbon dioxide emitted into the air comes from the building and transportation. A Cool City means a Model City and SDCJ are from Japan will build it. There are three types of transportations that will be used in Cool city which are hybrid, water transportation. There are various zones in the city which are business, residential and culture. There are some techniques that will reduce heat such as water, trees and roof membrane. It is expected that resident building would reduce CO2 by 30 percent and other buildings by 50 percent. Finally, the percentage of reduction of CO2 emissions claimed in the video was 60 percent.
